I have just returned to Cape Coast from another visit to Takoradi and am wrapping up the last few days of my program. Aside from working on the final paper, I've been spending some quality time with Georgina. Usually, we watch Second Chance, a fiery Mexican soap opera about a man who gets poisoned by
his wife and subsequently returns in the
body of another man to avenge his death by reclaiming everything he lost. Then, we joke around for a few hours before bed. Not a bad way to live!
My favorite Ghanaian kids - Howa, Georgina, and Kwesi.

A view from the hotel in Tarkwa Banso, the village where Becca and I stayed. The hill in the background on the right is one of the mines.
